Becky Paskin
Founder & CEO
Becky Paskin has been an established drinks journalist for over 15 years, and has contributed towards publications such as Club Oenologique, Whisky Magazine and The Daily Beast, as well as edited The Spirits Business and Scotchwhisky.com. She’s also a regular presenter on ITV’s Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh, and regularly presents educational seminars at global drinks events.
Becky is an advocate for equality and inclusion within the global whisky industry, and was named Icons of Whisky Communicator of the Year, IWSC Spirits Communicator of the Year and listed as About Time Magazine’s Top 10 Women to Watch in Drinks. She is also a Keeper of the Quaich and named the 44th most influential person in the drinks industry in 2021 by Drinks International.
As founder of OurWhisky, she raised over £25,000 for The Drinks Trust during Covid-19 by launching the UK’s first virtual whisky festival, and has gone on to relaunch OurWhisky as a modern, inclusive whisky subscription club.

Millie Milliken

Millie Milliken has been writing about food and drink for over 10 years. Having previously worked for The Good Food Guide, SquareMeal and Imbibe UK, she now freelances for both trade and consumer publications including Club Oenologique, Evening Standard, Whisky Magazine, The Caterer and Courier Media.
Millie primarily writes about spirits, cocktails, bars and bartenders and is passionate about democratising spirits, making whisky and other categories more understandable and accessible for consumers and showcasing the incredibly talented people who make them and the drinks they appear in. Her work was recognised in 2022 when she was awarded with The Alan Lodge Young International Drinks Writer of the Year award, and in 2021 with the IWSC Spirits Communicator of the Year award.
She is also the editor for the global Campari Academy platform.

Jennifer Robertson

Jennifer is the founder and Managing Partner at SPEY, PR Agency of 2022 according to Whisky Magazine.
Jennifer started her communications career working in consumer PR before becoming Nicola Sturgeon’s press officer in the Scottish Parliament, a spokesperson for the First Minister of Scotland, Associate Director at Weber Shandwick Scotland then Head of PR for the Yes Scotland referendum campaign. She was also a regular newspaper columnist and media commentator for media outlets such as The Scotsman, BBC, Sky and DC Thomson.
Jennifer has picked up several accolades since starting SPEY including being named Rural Business Leader of the Year at Business Women Scotland Awards and she is an ambassador for Women Enterprise Scotland which aims to strengthen the Scottish economy by creating an environment where women-led businesses can flourish and grow.

Tracie Franklin

Tracie Franklin has been a whiskey professional for over a decade, during which time she has studied with the best teachers in the whiskey community, worked and studied at distilleries across the US and Scotland, and interned with legendary distillers.
Today, Tracie is the first apprentice of the Nearest & Jack Advancement Initiative which allows her to study. She previously served as the national ambassador for Glenfiddich, and worked locally with Angel’s Envy, Ardbeg, George Dickel, Rhum JM and Glenmorangie.
In 2020, Tracie ranked among the Top Ten Ambassadors in the US by Tales of the Cocktail, and was awarded the Icons of Whisky award for “Best Scotch Whisky Ambassador” by Whisky magazine.
With a background in both theater and business, Tracie brings a unique skill set to the whiskey world, her adaptability, storytelling, and passion bring whiskey to life for people of all backgrounds and interest levels.

Jennie Norrish

As well as Trustee and Board Advisor roles in the social enterprise and not-for-profit sectors, Jennie Norrish is the founder of Yellow Shoes identity consultancy and creator of Athenaship – a bespoke coaching and mentorship practice for women.
Jennie previously spent more than a decade working for Pernod Ricard, first as a consultant, moving quickly to become Chivas Brothers’ Global Communications Director. By the time Jennie left the organisation, she was Global Communications and Sustainability Director and a member of the Executive Committee, responsible for the overall strategy for Pernod Ricard in the UK, Pernod Ricard Travel Retail, as well as Chivas Brothers and its brands. Jennie also headed up D&I, leading purpose-led global campaigns like Chivas Venture, instigating group coaching initiatives for under-represented groups and overseeing the D&I council.
